The addition of inlet/outlet catchpots and outlet condensers enhance performance with condensible vapors, and recover solvent. VACUUBRAND® Oil-free Chemistry Diaphragm Vacuum Pumps are constructed of materials with excellent corrosion resistance, such as PTFE heads and diaphragms. All multistage pumps are equipped with a gas ballast to provide consistent pump performance with condensed vapors. These vacuum pumps utilize diaphragm vacuum technology. No oil to change or monitor!

Typical diaphragm lifetimes are well in excess of 15,000 hours of use before replacement - that's years in most applications, minimizing downtime and service costs.
