The back covered got dented, which resulted in the the fan losing a couple of the blades. I was able to push the cover back out, but it still seems to make a small noise from a blade touching. The remaining 3 blades work fine and the machine seems to operate as it should. It would benefit from the cover being adjusted back slightly more, or otherwise modified.
